Depends how autistic you want to get really. Personally if I get a bad list of jobs I'll re-roll (if there's something like bells/gems/refreshes then I'll assign wagies to those first then re-roll). You get recruit flyers mainly through shop refreshes. You can grab the free one or if you have enough gold income you can buy one for 100k gold. If I have a lot of flyers I'll just skip buying any with gold and save the gold for bells. Yes, it's a good idea to split. If I get 2 refresh ticket jobs, I'll assign my Funfair wagies, keep the second job, and then assign my Funfair wagies to the second one once they finish the first one. If your PTJ level is lower, you can do this even more often as the jobs require less time (so if you really want to be autistic you can stretch out leveling up your PTJ level as long as possible). You should avoid quick sending even if your PTJ wagies aren't maxed out yet. The sooner you max them out the better

Was using this team for plant boss. Taeho in lunar stance works well and kills the adds easy. Can 2 shot the boss. Have you guys found good teams for this boss?

Xuying + Boss Ren are definitely viable and strong on the same team
The thing people got wrong about it was the whole Ren buffing Xuying so Xuying can ex twice. That's (mostly) dogshit because your dps carry isn't benefitting from Ren's atk buffs.
