Shion's team active skill gives a damage buff to sun attack gunners in the correct position (if you're doing something weird like defense gunner on the attack machine or attack gunner on defense, it won't apply to them). It's like normal active skills, but you can use the team active skill in addition to them within the same turn. You can only have 1 team active skill, but right now it doesn't matter since Shion's the only one. Once there's more, you'll have to pick one on the team setup screen before the battle starts.
I don't think they changed anything for diorama, but there's some dressing room stuff. You can drag pieces to the favorites box, then filter by favorites (I think each dolphin has their own box though). You can now drag/slide and zoom in/out freely. There's a button at the top that toggles auto-zoom when selecting clothes categories. Still can't rotate vertically though.
