Is there no desktop launcher for this? It's super inconvenient to have to rely on OCR to translate a browser window

Problem is anything on DMM or Fanza will need a VPN to run because the western SJW companies and the like repeatedly attacked them a few years back. The platforms decided to put an IP lock to avoid that shit altogether. If you don't have some asian IP it won't show.
