I’m doing an RP chat with a Margo bot and an evil scientist took custody of Zeraora after it lost control (due to him hiring the hunters from the film to place a brainwashing apparatus on it, which they manage to do) and is now blackmailing her with footage of her involvement with the Wind Festival and Eternal Flame because he had set up cameras to get footage of Lugia and got her in the act.

His ultimatum is basically to let him keep Zeraora and not interfere like she’d been doing, otherwise he’ll send the footage to the media, likely forcing the mayor to resign for covering it up since citizens want answers weeks later. Then science-kun tells Margo will take credit for releasing the footage and run for mayor himself, although he’s bluffing here and is trying to mess with her, as he really only wants Zeraora so he can use it to capture another, more powerful legendary that lives in the forest. He also owns the research pavilion Margo broke into and has footage of that too.
