He is absolutely mid-evo coded. A third stage that brings back Spoink's springing around and elaborates on the stored power grumpig has would be ideal. I could see something like speed boost, or an ability that acts like a built-in metronome(item), or some way of reflecting damage both specially and physically. Some type of fast and bulky mon that has a lot of variety and versatility.
