Unless it's a Tapu Koko situation where the SPAtk is usable with Electric surge, so it would rather carry Special moves...Both are wasted potential.

I think it's supposed to be a stronger bulkier version of the Raichus already used for Fake Out + Nuzzle in VGC, with the added benefit of setting up terrain. Both Fake Out and Nule are physical so both of them so both of them benefit from the attack increase.

Raichu X is the more doubles oriented mega for sure though, with its additional bulk and it being more suited of the two as a designated Fake Out user.
