You know flan? that. They have a half inch thick layer of "muscle" with a similar texture and taste to that underneath their also thin, rubbery skin. It is slightly different, a little fruity, slightly meaty. Their nubs of limbs are filled almost entirely with it. They also have a liquid-gas suspension making up the majority of their insides that tastes like strawberry liquor when drunk.
