>>59334464I like the entire Zubat line. They're reliable Pokemon in game and competitively. Golbat is probably the least good individually, but it completes the line. A fast, bulky, decently hard hitting Flying/Poison type has loads of uses. Obviously competitively, yes, but its bulk and speed allow you to gimmick the shit out of boss fights you shouldn't be able to win in game by saccing into Crobat, outspeeding and using Toxic, and then stalling with Protect, Roost, and switching. It works on any gym that isn't Rock/Electric/Psychic type, but those have such obvious answers that you don't really need the 'bat for them.
