No, Pokemon Sword for Bea and the DLC slut (if you're going that far).
As for SV, Scarlet is better because the ancient paradoxes feel like Pokemon while the future paradoxes are boring. You have to deal with an uglier color palette for the shorts but you can switch outfits later.
