This is the only line in the entire show where her age is mentioned, so replacing that one meant her age just didn't get mentioned in the dub.Another example is episode 2, where they replace the line where she mentions her name with some random shit they made up, so the result is that dub watchers go the entire episode without knowing what this random girl's name is until they suddenly mention it at the end as if we're supposed to be aware.It was a very sloppy production in general.
