Yes. Teraleak revealed internally Game Freak consider the paired releases, the "classic" formula games, to be suitable for all ages, while the Legends series are considered games for more experienced video game players (so slightly older than 7 but not as old as 15). As such, they keep the turn based formula for all paired releases while L: A, L: Z-A changed the formula with Legends: Galar likely doing similar when it rolls around..
