Beast Boost doesn't feel that good on it. The UBs were scary because they could either boost their speed or were already fast. If Eelektross wants the speed boost it will end up doing baby damage

Atk, or Sp Def (just barely). Speed and Defense are too low in Champions to overcome the non-invested values of both attacking stats. They'd need to add-back IVs for this to change.
