Next, mix the hakurikiko, kyorikiko and salt in a bowl, then add 8-9 tablespoons of the spinach juice you just made and knead into a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 40 minutes, then place it on a cutting board, divide it into 16 equal portions and use rolling pin to flatten each portion into a thin circle.
