Give it Moxie as a new ability and access to Rock Polish and Hone Claws and it might make it honestly. Scale Shot/Rock Blast with Loaded Dice would probably be pretty good. Pair it with EQ for steels and maybe a Hone Claws to make sure the moves don't whiff and it's hitting pretty hard. That said, as long as Zamazenta is in the tier, it's gonna have a rough fucking time.
