Give me your ideas or designs for the remaining unused types.
>>59383944>Normal IceSnowman>Fire/FairySome kind of imp that lives in furnaces. Mayeb Salamander>Ground/FairyMiner Dwarf/Gnome>Rock/GhostConvergant Shednija based on Prince Rupert Drop (Sandstrom is Rock so Glass shouldbe rock too)>Normal/BugPlane white cabbage butterfly>Ice/PoisonRegiona Lillep/Cradily that live in Antarctic ice incead of going extinct and are venomous with anti-freez>Bug/DragonYanmega totally can evolve
>>59383953>Convergant Shednija based on Prince Rupert Drop (Sandstrom is Rock so Glass shouldbe rock too)glass is rock, see nihilego
>>59383957So it doesn't even need to be a stretch. Give renamed Wonder Guard to a different type combo. Rock is full of weaknesses so it's balancedMaybe have a joke with it having Iron Defence with 1 HP
What happens when there are none left?
>>59383960Normal/Flying vs Flying/Normal aren't the same thing. So all the missing flip types will be needed
>>59383944>Rock/Ghosta literal tombstone, I'm shocked they haven't even attempted this yet, granted they took 9 gens for a dolphin pokemon
>>59383971What's the difference?
>>59383957Glass is water, dummy.
>>59383997I recal some obscure mainline mechanics careing baout the Pokemon's primary type. Plus in GO it's a cosmetic differance
>>59384013>in GO it's a cosmetic differanceI didn't really play go but I don't remember this. While I was looking I was reminded that revelation dance is affected by your primary type, so there is that.
>>59383997>>59384013All i could find is Relevation Dance changes type to match the user's primary type but that sems more like Oriocorio's gimmick than something general.
>>59383960There never will be. Stellar will be reworked into a real type with actual matchups and 3 type forms (or even no type forms) for pokemon will be a thing before we ever get a Rock/Ghost.
>>59384013arceus' legend plate judgment uses the primary type of the target
>normal/ice
>>59383944dragon bug
>>59384028>I didn't really play go but I don't remember thisPokemon's background in your PC depends on its 1st type. That's why nobody has seen the flying background until they added Tornadus
>>59383944Dragon bug should of been flygon
>>59383944>Fire/Fairywaifumon made of pizza>Ground/Fairyelephant made of spaghetti
>>59383944>normal/iceBeartic>normal/rockLycanrock>fire/fairyNinetales>ground/fairyGranbull>rock/ghostSpiritomb, Runegrigus, Cursola>normal/bugButterfree>normal/steelPerrserker>ice/poisonSneasler>bug/dragonFlygon
>>59383944>normal/iceArtic Werewolf or just wolves>normal/rock>ground/fairyGroundhogs are stout cat-sized rodents belonging to the group of large ground squirrels in the family Sciuridae. They have the nickname “whistlepig” because when alarmed, they use a high-pitched whistle to warn the colony.>fire/fairyFeuermannGluhschwanzGenies>rock/ghostObsidian Crystal Gargoyles>normal/bugRolypoly Bug or Stick bugs>normal/steelThose Dog robot toys or robots that look like EVE from Walle>ice/poisonGiant Manowar Jellyfish that looks like an icebeg >bug/dragonbutterfly fluttererdamselflies
>>59383944Sometimes they had several opportunities to create certain dual types, and they didn't do it.
>>59383944>Ground/FairyOrc pseudo legendary. Think Dragon Quest Orcs/Moblins from ZeldaRock/GhostI wanna say cursed/tombstone but it feels cliche. Maybe a mineral/human-like pokemon based on cursed samuraiFire/FairyFuture starter mon based on sheep/dreams. Good special attack and specia Defense.
>>59383978Spritomb, Cofagrigus and Houndstone are pokemon themed around tombs/burial, having JUST a tombstone is kinda boring though so they need to mix it with something else.
>>59383944The Antarctic worm is perfect for any weird combination you want to make with ice.
normal/bug should be a brundlefly abomination
>>59386512or a spider monkey
>>59384244>normal/ice is the only dual type not done by either the mainline games or clover
>normal/rock
>>59383944Normal bug:American bumblebee Pokémon with cow motifs that uses its buzzing to attack. Uses bug buzz and sound based normal moves, along with quiver dance (reference to bees communicating via dancing) and pollen puff. Would have different male and female forms, with males being more offensive and females more defensive. Bug Dragon:Silk worm Pokemon that is a silk wyrm. Evolves into a Chinese dragon caterpillar-silkmoth. Has the fur coat ability. Possibly a pseudo legendary.
>>59383944>Rock/GhostTombstone inspired 3-stage called Wailith, Moanolith and Rokkquiem.
>>59383944Rock Ghost could be a fossilmon gone wrong where instead of being "regenerated", the fossil is simply possessed by a vengeful spirit or something
>>59383997Just a new level of autism to indulge in really. It changes nothing of real value mechanically and it's barely noticeable even if you're actively looking for it designwise.
>>59383944>Normal/IceReindeer>Normal/RockMountain Goat>Fire/FairyA literal fire fairy or insert cutesy animal but fire.>Ground/FairyPink armadillo fairy is too obvious, so a garden gnome.>Rock/GhostA tombstone or crypt, hell, a possessed rock.>Bug/NormalA poodle moth.>Normal/SteelA moose with iron horns.>Ice/PoisonAn ice cave bat or a pokemon based on getting a "Cold" - the flu virus.>Bug/DragonVelvet Worm, Dragonfly, or the literal dragon caterpillar.>>59383997Type order doesn't really mean much other than the primary type is what they are but the secondary type is something thatthey also do but isn't what they mainly do if that makes sense. Honestly I think STAB should just be for the primary type but then half STAB for their secondary typing, then it would really make a difference in what order the type is.
>>59383944I said this years ago but I would love an armadillo/shrew/mammal that starts off as Normal type but has 3 different evolution types. They're only found on a specific snowy mountain, and depending how high or deep-within the mountain you are determines its type when it hits a certain level.>Normal/Rock if you level it up on the entry level of the mountain.>Normal/Steel if you level it up in the darker, lower caves of the mountain.>Normal/Ice if you level it up on the snowy peaks of the mountain.
>>59384256Scyther would be a great Bug/Normal type to take advantage of Slash in Gen 1, which was essentially all it was known for.
