Keep dodging, throwing a balm out the dodge, then dodging again, don't try and throw too many at once or She'll hit you with her attacks Eventually you can stun her like the nobles and send out pokémon to battle her (I used Cressalia with Fairy moves to dupe her into Dark type for SE damage). Rinse/repeat until She marks you as Her trainer.
