Ok this was a tough one. Basically he's running Perish song MGar and Incin as leads, Rain at the back. Perish song gengar was a serious threat. My mistake was trying to set up a light screen with Grimmsnarl and trying to set trick room on turn 1. I should have just went on the hyper offensive and attacked Gengar immediately, and I should have known better he'd run protect on both of them. I also overestimated how much Garchomp could take rain boosted stab weather ball at the end. This was all on me and I could have won if I wasn't playing defensively at the beginning.

Replace liquidation for iron head and take off that scarf because chomp needs coverage and flexibility. And spout over surf, ice beam over blizzard. As much as possible eliminate any variables of rng messing up your game if you want consistency.
