Steel Tower is vile, if you lack AS Steven or AC Sonia you won't go past Kiawe because his sync is Fire type and most supports are weak to it, if your support is physical he will spam Heat Wave, if special he will use Flare Blitz, then random burns, not even Tate buffs can help here, even with Evasion buffs they decided to give Kiawe +1 Accuracy and Ramming Speed just to be extra annoying.
They should have put this bullshit boss into the status clause floor instead.

The Hisui nurse is also supposed to be a NPC trainer class and has an "ancestor" proto design of the modern ones, those guards and other roles with same outfit between them, similar to Norman eyes and hair color and style with a twist look very similar to him, plus the elements of Japanese clothing to go with his geta sandals. Both of them are encountered in the Japanese aesthetics areas of the game too. It's speculation but I like to believe it, Zisu for example is Flint "ancestor" or proto design but nothing official or confirmed either by the devs, just strongly implied by their design decision, and so on, there is the Darach lady, the Thorton old man, Charon as old man, Karen/Clair/Lance woman, femcel Cyrus, Riley's farmer, the wardens, Gardenia as Chuck Norris, Bertha and Agatha bandits, Maxie/Archie/Alder clan elders, etc. They love playing the gimmick of Normal type specialists being very normal looking people so what's more normal than a common special design but everyday duties NPC class for the reference?

It's only tangentially related but another DeNA game Mario Kart Tour is going full EOS with no offline version. I can see the same happening with this game some day with there also being no offline version. It wouldn't make sense to have one with how the game is structured.

The whole "get 10k points for the highest tier award" has fucked with the game's pacing. Before you just needed to get 50 battles and that was guaranteed after 2-4 days. Now you have to account that the person who battles with 1.0x multiplier will get things at a different time to someone with 1.6x multipliers which will be different to someone with 2.6x multiplier. Because they have to give time to the people with no featured units, it means they have to space everything out so widely. What makes this month worse is that the main prize is at 15k.

They've also got enough modes to fill the dead space too, but considering how we've been getting less and less free gems, that's probably why the don't.

Just chip away while healing as you build up sync buffs. Even a support can do decent damage when you’re at like 4-5 sync buffs. Her base unit can 1v3 CS pretty easily if you really wanted to.

Tour had stopped updating the game for about 2 years, leaving the game on an auto scheduled rotation, so its not really unexpected or news to hear.
