It doesn't really learn anything to benefit and you can probably only use it for a baton pass, but there's better choice for that if you going for that strategy. If they don't give it a regional or normal evo, they should at least just give it 20 more base attack and give it some actual fucking moves to use.

Even IF you buff its atk stat, it still sucks because it has a shit learnset that won't benefit from it. People need to lean more into its sp. def and sp. atk instead and just give it moves based on that. Even competitive would probably work more than iron fist, or, and this goes against its dex entries kind of (because it sleeps during the day), solar power. It learns solar beam, too so that would also benefit it with solar power.
