When there's a gen 1 chase card this strat will probably not work, see Ascended Heroes and their disgusting singles prices because there's lots of gen 1 megas there. I'm thankful we got the 3 back to back 'dud' sets for scalpers as a collector but I doubt 30th and the Rayquaza set will be 'duds' to them.

They have a varnish on them that breaks down over time and sticks to sleeves.2. No you don't need to re-sleeve all of them, just the ones sticking.3. You can use a microfiber cloth to rub off the "spots" that the sleeve leave on the card from where it was stuck.
