It was about a month ago someone here suggested a hack to me, but I can't find it. It was a stat improvement/move change/ability change hack in gen 3, but unlike the majority of them, the changes were pretty modest and the mechanics were still entirely gen 3. I looked at the doc of changes and nothing whatsoever seemed broken at all and everything seemed very thoughtful.

I saw someone mention pokemon3d the other day and I checked to see that they indeed released a new update. Although it looks like the project is flagging, in public interest and from the direction the developers are taking it.Personally I think first-person pokemon is far better for exploration. Being able to look across the ocean to see another coast or island or look at how immense a cavern is cool. Looking up from the bottom of a waterfall and navigating a forest without an overhead view is also cool.But the sprite-work and graphics are frankly a mess, you can get used to it but they need to decide what level of detail they want with the sprites and stick to it.They've recently decided to change the GSC victory road into the HGSS version which seems like another odd choice, personally I always found how it wasn't just a complete remake of HGSS or GSC but a blend doing its own thing to be something good but I think this is another problem of just flagging and unsure direction on behalf of the developers.
