I feel like Goomy is still categorically better? Like yea it has a retreat cost but you mostly play it to get sacked anyway so it doesn't really matter. It works as an ability so regardless of whether you go first or second, you're still countering the opposing baby. Wynaut loses to the opposing baby on a tails flip. Sure it does 10 damage while also forcing an additional energy, but that's not as good as just passively cockblocking your enemy. Goomy even does well as a Sabrina counter in some circumstances.
