I don't have an issue with how you catch feebas, but I don't like that there isn't a solid hint on how to do it in the game, it's meant to sell strategy guides.

It takes days and days to grow the amount of berries needed to get a Milotic but even worse, if you use the wrong combination of pokeblocks, then it becomes impossible for it to evolve once its sheen is maxed out.
