SWSH is terrible, ugly, washed out colors, just a genuine piece of shit with terrible "realistic" graphics, lot of niggers and pajeets everywhere, and the design of both characters and pokemons look fucking gross and retarded, the villains and gym leaders look like fucking clowns, there's nothing serious about them, older games were much better because the design of both characters and pokemons were more simplistic and they didn't try to force that "realistic" crap or those new modern gimmicks like gigantamax, get that fagshit away from me.

Playing SworShiel right now and I like the DLC stuff they added but I really wish they were baked into the game moreIf you do Isle of Armor stuff during the game, you become super overleveled and the game is already as a baseline easy but I wish I could actually use the pokemon I catch in these zones for a more substantial time in the game

This game provides the most streamlined, entertaining, amazing feelings of any Pokemon game. No other game has given me chills and made me feel more like a pokemon trainer than this. The stadium flights and dynamax are the best gimmicks we've ever had. The Rose fight was awesome, catching Zacian was cool, Eternatus, Bede, the sights across the region, the designs and evolution methods and legendaries. The DLC is actually really cool and feels cool to exist in. THE ONLY THING THESE GAMES ARE LACKING THAT'S EXTREMELY NOTICABLE IS DEPTH. THAT'S IT. People will say no post game but they're not playing the third version (dlc enabled)

Having Eevee jump in off your shoulders and make little grrr sounds as you initiate a battle makes you want to encounter random battles more so than wanting to start avoiding them in other titles to make it through to next area etc.But it's targeted at an even younger audience than usual, so it's dumbed down a lot and simplified and leaves a lot of potential on the table had it been targeted for regular age or older audience. Which I find a little odd as gen 1 nostalgia would appeal to adults, though they might get more sales from younger kids who knows.PLA has a high user score but you probably had to play it on release, it's a bit rough (not as bad as SV) but it plays well and has some fun to it, but ultimately lose interest after a couple hours desu (2-3) and that's it. I also hate going through reams and reams of dialogue with no voice acting over and over in different areas before being able to start playing the game properly doing "quests" that's effectively just run from point A to B to C and back to A again, it's like busywork and designed to use up time, it's not really immersive or making me feel part of the story, which so many games are guilty of now including indie games. They think I want to spend 30 minutes reading with no sound without being able to play the game properly. Playing well/runs well shouldn't be a selling point especially for any game that's console exclusive as it's specifically designed for that console.. SV is utterly inexcusable.

With how they try to slip the pancham in with the story so you got to go back and forth felt awful. Dexit was horrible for the series.The pokemon were cool, the rival were cool, music was good. Graphics outside the wild area were fine. Dynamax was mid. All in all, 5/10 with dlc.
