Lance got the Lake of Rage stuff in GSC and the Double Battle with Clair against you and Silver in HGSS. Agatha got her history with Oak expanded on in Masters. Bruno... likes Rage Candy Bars (which is still more than Karen and Will).

While I wouldn't want her (or Karen) to become a meme layer cake lady Champion the way Cynthia did, I suppose a lot of that came down to when the latter released and her implementation in the story. We'd probably need another new high-end ice type for her to use. As good as her team is it doesn't have the immediate aesthetic Lance's does.
