These OC characters had a side "arc" on their own, they pandered to the most common anime character archtypes, moe girl, edgy girl, action dude, ikemen, megane guy, some whatever japanese lolita subgenre, they were around 8~10 unique Pasio characters that were rather slow to get to 5/5 normally without also using candies to speed up the process, think of the battle points 5* pairs.Some reminded me of those Pokemon Mezastar (and prequel titles) OCs.It's very odd I have dreamt of it two times in a span of years, should send a suggestion feedback I guess.
