>>59519686Go for it in base Sword, IIRC they fucked the gender ratio rates in base game and Vespiquen (and other 7:1 ratio 'mons) spawn in at a near 50% rate. I got my shiny girl in like 175 encounters (with a couple BA males thrown in for watts as it was just in the early days of covid and I wasn't rolling in them yet by then).

Just got to Dynamax Adventures in Shield, got a charm to earn first before I care about it beyond the tutorial but I will say it's fucking retarded you can't tell if something is shiny until after you catch it, that is completely incompatible with Apricon balls being functionally impossible to grind for anything that looks cool in them shiny.
setting up the manaphy hunt took me hours...my plan to do this the most time and money efficient is this:>make a bunch of different saves for 2 different games>catch 6 pokemon (not counting the starter) in all of them>use a hacked 3ds to restore the saves>transfer the eggs to a new save>hatch them>if not shiny, reset>restore a new save in the 2nd game>trransfer the eggs>hatch them>if not shiny, restore a new save in the 1st first game and transfer them>hatch>and so on...this is the best I can do without having to buy 2 new games and resetting them everytime manuallyI don't know if I'm gonna get it before the bank closes but I will try

Victory Road is short and has Pokemon with a common weakness to water (except Golbat). Pick your favorite water type, slap on the Exp. Share onto your Pokemon of choice, and zone out to some music or video essays while you wait for the number to go up.

Nearing 200 captures for Kyogre. The success rate is higher than Palkia thanks to having more weaknesses, but it's still horrible.These are the hunts I dread, the difficult ones seem to always go over odds substantially.
