I ran into some shit luck tonight, like damn.
I think it's the end for Minimize Sandaconda on my team. I brought it only once tonight. I had max evasion in front of a M-Gyarados and got hit - first attempt - by Power Whip of all things... (base 85% acc.)
I had an opponent's Slowbro activate Quick Claw three times in a row, I had Scale Shot and Rock Blast only hit twice waaay too many times, not to mention some extremely lucky crits.
I had some luck myself of course (M-Garchomp survived a M-Delphox's Psychic on 1% health for game, my Krook dodged a Blizzard from Dragonite, etc) but it seemed stacked against me tonight.
I might keep using Sandaconda but I will probably return to the Glare set that seemed quite a bit more useful.

This game is four menus and a battle screen, the game wouldn’t be nearly as frustrating if they had basic shit every competitive game has - more menus with ability details and interactions, a menu that shows your last ten or so battles.

Samurott is fine, honestly underrated mon right now.
Gholdengo could use Leftovers or a berry, focus on bulk so you can get a Nasty Plot going.
Ninetales is far too frail to use Nasty Plot, I'd give it a Sash and Protect instead.
Blastoise could have Fake Out and 3 moves, then you have either Tailwind or Trick Room setup. If you want Shell Smash you need Protect.
Sinistcha is good but really needs Rage Powder instead of Imprison.

I'm honestly not that good at the game, but I think it's a pretty solid built. You have a Water/Fire/Grass trio, and you can work with both trick room or Tailwind, depending on the matchup. Ninetails is fine too, the only other weather setter I'd consider here is Ttar, but the typing is redundant with Samurott.
I also think Sinistcha could be Matcha/Trick Room/Protect/another move. You have way too much coverage for Ghost and Psychic types, Shadow Ball is a little unexpected but doesn't cover any matchup.

Glaceon and Galarian Slowking are great together honestly. G Slowking is used for trick room and/or chilly reception to set snow.
Venusaur is good in sun due to chloro plus sleep powder spam, and you can use it as a secondary mega.

Don't do this. You're very quickly going to run out of space for other mons.
Hazard stacking just isn't a thing in either doubles or 3v3 singles. G-Slowking is good as a Trick Room setter, though. Glaceon is decent as a supplemental attacker on teams that already use snow for Aurora Veil, but it's not super useful outside of that.
Taurous Aqua is a good alternative Basculegion, filling in a similar role as a strong Water type with priority, but is also a decent check for offensive threats with Intimidate and doesn't fear Gambit.
Venusaur is good on teams that use Charizard-Y as it can Sleep Powder threats, and Mega-Venu is a solid enough glue-mega. Most of the other mons you mentioned either aren't great or fulfill very specfic niches you don't really need to focus on right now.

think about what threatens your mega - in this case it would be strong/fast psychic and flying types
in particular, you'll have trouble with starraptor, delphox, and metagross teams

so the next step is finding something that counters those weaknesses, probably a strong dark or ghost type

then you find something else that counters whatever weaknesses left after that, and so on until you have as few as possible

also, do support pokemon like whimsicott/grimmisnarl/sableye/klefki/etc LAST, since they're so flexible they can do almost anything, but you won't know what they need to do until you make the rest of the team
