have only one local hobby shopits medium size and clean as hellsells at msrp but they rip the plastic and for boosters they cut the tips if you're new and the bossman doesn't know/recognize you you're only limited to one product each but if you're a regular you can buy like 4-5 no problem and if stocks are low you're limited at 2place is 75% magic, 15% warhammer 40k and the rest is pokemononce in a while i would see one table playing yugioh or gundamthe warhammer players literally fucking stink, the bossman is so afraid of losing the warhammer regulars he can't even tell them to hit the showers

This card was well loved as a kid. I never realized the value of gold stars until like 2018. I knew I had an Entei card with a star on it, realized later on in life it was a special "shiny" Entei card. At this time, they were going for like $200-$250 USD raw. I was impressed. I didn't know where the card was though. It wasn't until like 2023/2024 I found the card again. It was in a dialga hard plastic card holder, in a storage trunk tucked in my room. I was very excited to find this card again. Gold stars had exploded in price since I last checked. This year I finally got off my ass and got the card graded. I really wanted a PSA 1. Based on the condition I found the card in, I was pretty confident I could get a 1.Now as to the current grade. I was confused at first. I have never heard of a 1.5 (Fair). After looking it up, I uh, am very happy. Pop for a PSA 1 is 127. Now Pop for a PSA 1.5? That would be 5. No public sales ever recorded. The only lower Pops are Authenticated at 4 and PSA 2.5 at 2. I do not plan on ever selling this card. It is too special to me. I wanted to get it preserved. Now I own 20% of the PSA 1.5's.I posted the card raw here before maybe like twice. I would like to thank the grader who reviewed my card. Grader blessed me :)

You can literally sell an Ishihara right now if you owned one and no one's going to put you in their black list. There are tons of these types of cards and prerelease/staff cards also being sold. If anything you can find a buyer assuming they want those, it's a niche because your average collector and flipper want either high liquidity cards, cards to speculate with, or cards for their own collection. Those cards you have aren't easy to just get, use comparative cards from sales and shelf it until you get a buyer with a listing.

Two good examples to go to are the comic book craze from the 70s to the 90s and the Baseball Card craze of the 80s and onward.So a lot of products that were before these times ended up being particularly valuable because people were nostalgic for it and they had not been preserved very well and there was a little print volume. There weren't that many Babe Ruth rookie cards out there because they didn't print that many and a lot of the ones that were printed ended up in the garbage at some point. So eventually people were paying a lot of money for the really rare and memorable ones but the problem was that this transitioned into people thinking that the ones being made then at that time were valuable so to this day you can find unopened boxes of Fleer baseball cards that have bubblegum still in them from the 1980s and are worthless. So if you're doing this Hobby and you want it to be about money you're going to have to go into the past to get it but if it's just doing something for yourself it's not going to be an issue

In like 2011 or 2012 I bought from some garage sale for 5 euros like 80 gen 1, gen 2 and gen 3 cards.Looked through them and the ungraded value seems to be around 600 euros or something like nowdays. And some Unova stuff I had from that era like Reshriam EX and few other valuable cards puts that collection to like 1000 euros in total.
