>>59544668The butterfly would be the best assuming it gets even an average Fire/Fairy moveset. It's just better Primarina. Throw in overbudget signature move or hidden ability starters get and you're looking at a Pokemon that will be on a bunch of teams, held back only by the fact it shares its Fire typing with Incineroar and people may not want to run two Fire types.
