>>59548627I always got the feeling SM had a lot of cut story elements. Stuff like Ultra Space, the shared visual motifs between the characters and Ultra Beasts, jellyfish Lusamine, Type:Null being an anti-God, it all feels like stuff that was meant to be parts of a much more interesting story than what we got. I wouldn't be surprised if you were meant to fight Lusamine originally but they got ordered to sanitize the game and they couldn't have you fighting a person.
