Best gen for pokemon visual designs

CO CO CO COMBO BREAKER!!!
My biggest takeways are that things are just getting worse, but a lot of that falls onto megas in the two gens they existed, and that ever gen ther are great pokemon, there are just some gens where there are tons of really bad ones.
Respect for taking the time to fill all of these out. What link did you use? I can never find one with every Pokemon this clean.

So I took out Mega charizard x and recalced, and I must have fucked up the calcs the first time, cause I double checked and the score is dramatically lower than it was. I must have counted something up wrong. Anyways, here it is corrected.
