Doesn't tink hate corv because of the Steel part not the Flying part? they're villain arc started becuase their hammers were stolen by pokemon that try to take their hammers (steel types) and they've been shown to have a rivalary with the Bisharp line to.

Game mechanics don't need to reflect in-universe lore.

They don't hate corvs, they see them as aerial lootboxes. Tinks are scared of steel types as they get bullied, tuffs begin fighting back and saving scraps they break off to build better hammers and tons have reached a stage where they can dwarf-handle a hammer weighing 220lbs and launch rocks on arcs that down birbs for funsies (and more metal scrap to build a better hammer).

It should get a special move that's steel type and it's super effective against steel types.

This isn't even the only one, they try to pretend Scolipede can handle Centiskorch as well
