Maybe sort of a weirdly specific question, but is there a great GBA/DS romhack that isn't super VGC-style competitively difficult, but is a step above the mainline games where the trainer AI will switch out tactically and play a bit smarter? I'm completely new to romhacks so you can recommend the big ones if they fit the bill. Thanks.
