Making Drizzle this thing's 2nd normal ability and not a hidden ability is pretty nuts.If Hoenn ever gets remade again, it will be really damn weird when half of the common ocean-mon in the game are causing Kyogre's torrential downpour all game long.
>>59569932What I personally dislike is that because of Drizzle Politoed and friends, they nerfed the weather abilities going into Gen 6 to 5 turns.I always liked the dynamic about how Rain/Sun were almost always up in the Gen 3/4/5 Ubers matches.Then with the Primals they completely ruined that kind of weather interaction across the team by making the Primal's weather instantly end when they leave the field back to clear.And because Primal Groudon is so prevalent whenever it exists, Kyogre always must run its own Primal so it can have the switch in option against it, no choice of item anymore.
