>Pupimocchi Ear-esque Chewy Bagel>by Abareru-kun, Tenta Banka and Kyuta Banka>Ingredients: 150g of komeko, 150g of silken tofu, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 200g of satsuma-imo, 40g of sugar, 20ml of milk>Mash the tofu, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt together in a bowl, then mix in the komeko and baking powder. Divide the resulting dough into 3 equal parts, then roll them into balls, flatten them into bagel shapes. Put them in an oiled frying pan, then pour a tablespoon of water in as well and fry them under cover on low heat for about 7 minutes before flipping them over and frying them for another 4 minutes. Next, peel the satsuma-imo, cut it into large bits, then soak the bits in water for about 10 minutes before turning on the heat and boiling them. Afterwards, put the cooked satsuma-imo, the 40g of sugar and the milk in a food processor and blend until smooth. Finally, put the cream in a pastry bag and squeeze it over the bagel in the shape of the yellow pattern on a Pupimocchi's ear.Get cooking, anons.
