It has four resistances and three (previously two) weaknesses but is only super effective against itself and also resisted by Steel and Fairy is now immune to it. It's really only a slightly better Normal type. The thing that put Dragon over the edge was the high BSTs they had since so many of them were pseudos and legendaries. Could've been resolved by making more pseudos and legendaries of other types or even buffing Ice since Ice already has so many common weaknesses anyway making it far more balanced than Fairy and could've even made Ice immune to Dragon but not Fairy.
