I greatly sympathize anon; I have comorbid OCD and ADHD. The ADHD exacerbates / worsens / feeds into my OCD (diagnosed with OCD when I was 8, only recently discovered I have ADHD as well, age 27). however my OCD does not mind about all caps, I likely have autism too because I need everything to be "matching" and to "belong" so my Pokemon's names and my character name are always all caps in gen 3 (favourite gen), my best advice is to find a medication combo that works for you to subdue the symptoms of your OCD. I have recommendations but I am a special case who didn't react very well with the usual meds so my medications are not really the usual thing they'd give someone with OCD and I'm lucky to even have the prescription.

I have a similar issue when starting Animal Crossing files because if I have intrusive thoughts while making the town or if the layout isn't "perfect" or if my OCD gaslights me into thinking I accidentally put a space in my character name or that I chose the opposite gender (even if I can see I didn't....) then I have to restart the game. All that on top of genuinely resetting for a preferable layout and villagers. Fuck New Horizons btw I only play GameCube and 3DS Animal Crossing.

Best of luck anon. I am literally trying to move away because the current household I am in triggers my OCD just by me being here. Hold on, just try whatever you can to treat it, and it will get better.
