I just realized the gondola is pure magic. The building in which we enter, there's no interior you're just asked whether or not you want to ride the gondola. (see screenshot 3) This is where you're transported to. Notice anything? No gondola, also this one does have an interior for some reason unlike the first one.

Apparently I could just walk past the train onto the tracks, I had not expected that for some reason. Now we're in Pompeii...Ya know, the further you go along in this hack the more issues or weird thing you'll notice with the map. The first frost village has cloud textures colliding with the snow ones for example. A grass area before Pompeii had trainers swimming in the sand and random invisible walls, the beach town has rocks in the water that just cut off. There's some baffling cuts on the map where it casually transitions from mountains to beaches and such, there was just no care taken to make it look decent.
