Up to and past Skeledirge, because an eastern people considered it part of their Zodiac, giving further scope for making them (as no offence, save going bipedal, there's a fuckload of animal reps that are kinda superfluous due to "fire animal same as zodiac" existing (hence why Pombon's becoming a shonen superhero, to contrast the shitter arcanine, why Incineroar became a hell pro wrestler, to contrast diaper beam cat). Plus adding more zodiac templates increases the odds they won't be predicted as they dislike being seen as such and hate having their new reveal be overshadowed by leaks (cf the entirety of Gen 7's reveal cycle being leaked in large part prior to every official release leading to corocoro et al having their access to info changed to after Game Freak/Pokéon reveal videos air).Until they create a fire starter that definitively does not resemble any animal in ANY zodiac, the theory still lives.
