the evolution of gen 5 adding pointless roadblocks to pad the game

>gen 1
What post game?
>gen 2
hey that's pretty good
>gen 3
I liked it
>gen 4
I didnt like it
>gen 5
middling
>gen 6
it's gen 3, but now with megas. Nice.
>gen 7
It's gen 6, but with less megas and annoying z moves
>gen 8
it's gen 6, but no megas. I will say, the online for this game was way better than offline though
>gen 9 has nothing
Should I... be concerned? I didn't play it
>>
You didn't even post gen 3's real postgame.

The battle tree was so fun, I'm surprised it's not talked about more. The NPCs all use your own gimmicks against you, which they didn't do back in gen 6. It was really fun and challenging. On top of the fact that, with island scan, you can use literally every mega from the previous generation outside of a few exceptions. The fact I got to use both kanto and hoenn megas felt really cool. my ultra sun profile has 900 hours on it last I checked. Most fun shit ever

It's the first edition of each gen (yeah the gen 5 is wrong)

and yet it still has more things to do in it than kalos ever will

Post game is overrated
