Pokémon don’t really need anything from humans that would require taking over humanity (Pokemon do need humans to get stronger past a certain point but that requires cooperation not overthrowing) Pokémon aren’t a unified group. Many species have friction that range from rivalry to predation. Even If they somehow “overthrew” humans whose they say they wouldn’t have an immediate civil war. Humans aren’t powerless. humans have weapons and trained armies And wild Pokémon aren’t unstoppable, most unevolved mons are easy picking and even many evolved only reach their top potential with things like arms. Even if Pokémon united and decide to go to against humans, Pokemon would undoubtedly face several casualties that might not be worth it. Humans in the Pokémon world are fundamentally better than humans in our world. Even the few bad humans who try to hurt Pokemon are swiftly dealt with by other humans. Pokemon aren’t oppressed so no need to overthrow humans
