>>59665515I was so excited to get more Legends since I loved PLA but ZA basically keeps none of what I liked about PLAZA basically puts all of it's stock into the real-time combat, if you were one of the people foaming at the mouth for that then you probably like the game, but if you don't really care about the combat then ZA has very little to offer you.

>>59665515I dropped it around when you unlock Mega Evolution, going around Lumiose to random battle zones and wild zones just felt so aimless, 0 real feeling of progression.I don't know why PLA was so much more fun when it came to "catching em all," but I felt zero real desire to complete the dex here, so unlocking new wild zones meant nothing to me, and I didn't find the combat good enough to keep doing it over and over.

It's good they made a full commitment to a new battle style, after the half turn based half rollslop gameplay in Arceus.
I really don't like who you're not even able to ride a Skiddo or Gogoat like in XY. You were able to ride a few specific Pokemon in Legends Arceus.Also quite a few Pokemon got cucked out of having actual alpha sizes.

Not great. The entire ZA tournament was extremely repetitive and taking place in a single city where damn near everything but the Wild Areas looked the same just amplified it. Their first attempt at real time battle was fun enough and shiny hunting in this was enjoyable. I'll be generous enough to guve it a 6/10.
