Put Aurorus in a HD2D fangame with the Physical/Special split with a focus on Pokemon like Stantler and Pyroar. And also Ice is buffed in the game (along with Bug and Rock) while Aurorus finally has Power Gem. >>59671824>Give Sceptile Sharpness and an actually viable special movepool to complement it, including a new special version of Leaf BladeThe main problem with Sceptile is that it was created before the Physical/Special split, and that explains why it has a very Physical orientated design and got a ton of moves that would have been considered "Physical" back in Gen 3 (this also applies to Grovyle)But since Grass was considered "Special" back then and Game Freak wanted to give Sceptile a signature Grass type move like Leaf Blade, they had no choice but to give Sceptile a super high Special Attack just so it could be able to effectively use Leaf Blade, which was considered "Special" in Gen 3 due to its Grass typing.What Game Freak should have done instead in Gen 4, when they decided to implement the Physical/Special split for moves, was swap Sceptile's Physical Attack and Special Attack stats so Sceptile would be able to make much better use of previously Special moves that became Physical, including Leaf Blade, and allow Sceptile to take advantage of the massive Physical movepool it already had.But Game Freak has shown time and again that they're too pussy and hesitant to meaningfully overhaul and rebalance the stats of older mons like Sceptile, which is why things like the power creep have led to most mons from older generations being outclassed in newer generations (and I know we have mega evolutions now but they're temporary, you can only choose one Pokemon to mega evolve per battle, and there's no guarantee that megas will continue appearing in all games in the future)
