Assuming i kidnap him before the end events of SM, then I would still be working for him as his PA. I would lure him down to one of the lesser used parts of the Aether Foundation. I'd do it some night we're both working overtime. I'd pretend I got a message about there being some issue happening down there. Maybe one of Lusamines kids are in at his research - something along those lines that he doesn't want to just send security down there. He would probably send me down first and when I got down there I'd wait about ten or twenty minutes then beg him to come down as I need Aethers last line of defence. Then when he comes down I'd hide in a spot and bonk him over the back of the head to knock him out. Then stuff something into his mouth and duct tape it to keep him gagged and tie him up.I'd take his keys and keep that part of the foundation off limits and just leave him in there for a few days. Having access to Fabas office/lab and his computer I'd go into it and screw with the cctv footage from certain parts of the foundation. Go back and get him a couple of days later. Pretend to be shocked at the state I found him in, help him up from where he is and tell him I'm getting him outta there and to safety. Take a private boat out of there and to (in this scenario) my private island home. I'd explain away his disappearance to be similar to Mohns. Probably blame it on the foundations research of Ultra Wormholes.

(I know another Gio anon already answered, but I still wanna write my own.)I wore my Team Rocket costume to different stuff I had to do this morning, and plenty of people had nice things to say about it. I'm hoping that when I give out candy tonight, I get an opportunity to say something about how I'm doing something or the other for the boss, or anything else that lets me reference Gio in passing. I'm also planning on playing some TR related bgms while I give stuff out. I stayed up late the past couple days packing goodie bags for the kids, so I can't wait to give them out. >TQOh this is something I've thought about multiple times before. I'd join TR specifically to be with Gio forever, but he's a coward who's prone to running away when things don't go his way, so I'd be prepared in case he tries to run off again. He's allowed to disband TR if he wants, but I won't let him leave me behind.First plan to stop him from leaving me would be beating him in battle (I'd have a water/ice type specifically trained to counter his ground types). Hopefully beating him would be enough to scare him straight. But if that didn't stop him from trying to leave me, then I'd resort to force. He'd be stronger than me in brute strength, but with his pokemon incapacitated, I'd have the upper hand. I'd use a bug type's strings to tie him up, and maybe threaten him with a knife once he can't move. If he's still uncooperative, I'd likely have access to all sorts of drugs thanks to being a part of TR, but forcing him to breathe in a poison type's gas could also work in temporarily incapacitating him.I'd take Gio to a small, secluded house deep in the wilderness. There, I'd be the perfect woman for him. I'd make all his meals, take care of him, and relieve his sexual urges (even if forcefully, as I doubt he'd want to fuck me after being kidnapped). He'd be allowed to get a little violent with me to get the anger out of his system, but if he made a genuine attempt to escape, I'd have my mons incapacitate him once more.All his mons would be confiscated obviously, and he'd start off locked in a single room. If he behaves, he may eventually get more freedoms, such as freedom to walk the rest of the house, or even go outside (accompanied by me and wearing a GPS). Really though, I'd hate a relationship like this. I want Gio to be the one in charge and for him to abuse me, not the other way around. So something like this would be an absolute last resort if he continued trying to get rid of me despite all other attempts to stay by his side.
