a lot better than expected thanks to the pupitar ramp. basically mega venu but trading the consistency of quick-grow for way higher damage. likely going to suffer from consistency issues without quick-grow access but if you evolve on curve you probably just win against a lot of decks. zard and dragonite will definitely dunk you though.

if really you want to use acerola, maybe you could meme it up with the new clodsire. rika to set clodsire up asap, then clodsire chips your bench when it attacks so you can acerola on a mimikyu later. that does push a clodsire right up to 190 with stadium + acerola where korrina only hits 180, could be the difference-maker. i would suggest palossand but all the sandygasts have 2 retreat so that's not happening.
