Lost encounters in the Old Chateau, Route 217, and Acuity Lakefront because I neglected to bring a trapping mon. Haunter teleported away, and the latter two were both Ursaring. The first used Roar and I forgot about Sandslash’s Rough Skin for the second. That plus hail and poison damage caused it to faint. Also very unlucky, haven’t gotten a single electric type until 216 with Manectric but it’s pretty terrible. Decided to evolve the gift Eevee into Jolteon (as well as it having good SpA and Speed IVs). Learnset is terrible (learns discharge at 95) but it will probably be great in the endgame.

A Loudred in Pinwheel Forest joined my team.
I found a bunch of TM: Sacred Fire, Shell Smash, High Jump Kick, Autotomize and Confusion.

In Castelia City, I get DynamicPunch TM, Gyro Ball, Avalanche and Disable.
I almost lost Minna a trainer with a Thundurus, but she managed to best him.

Burgh led with Natu and Jigglypuff. Natu died on turn one to Bass's Bite. Jigglypuff resisted a Mach Punch and used Wish.
Then Meloetta(Red one) appeared so I changed Mac Fly to Minna.
I forgot this one wasn’t a psychic type and used Bite.
Jigglypuff suicide on Minna's Rocky Helmet thanks to Doubleslap.
I had Bass used Snarl in case Meloetta has Confusion or something but nope Acrobatics were the only move used.
Both Meloetta and Larvesta attacked Bass, who replied with another Snarl before switching to Radd.
Minna used Roar on Meloetta and Sudowoodo showed up.

Sudowoodo was then welcomed with Bite and Double Kick, Minna got attacked by Sudowoodo and Larvesta.
I switched Minna to Mac Fly and Burgh used Hyper Potion on Sudowoodo.
Radd then kick him twice while Larvesta tried to burn him.
Sudowoodo was defeated after being hit by Vacuum Wave and Double Kick, Larvesta kept using Ember on Radd.

Meloetta returned, and Mac Fly survived Acrobatics thanks to the Coba Berry.
I swapped Mac Fly for Bazett who took both of Burgh Pokemon’s attacks.
I tried to burn Meloetta and she consumed her Sitrus berry.
I healed Radd, but he couldn’t resist Meloetta's might.
Minna was out again.
Bazett kept attacking Meloetta with Horn Attack and took Acrobatics, while Larvesta started spamming Take Down on Minna.
I healed Bazett, and Meloetta switched target, hurting herself over Rocky Helmet, bringing her HP low enough to die from a Bite.

His last Pokémon, Trapinch, went down easily alongside Larvesta.
This time I got a Round TM .

Guess I will do Victiny’s Event before going on route 4 facing Bianca.

Shadow Sneak puts it in the yellow, and Haunter takes itself out with Curse.

I send in Malfoy. This Gengar only has Sucker Punch to actually damage Normal type with, so after a whole bunch of Hypnosis, a healing item and healing berry from Morty, a Shadow Claw finally does the job.

It takes out half its health with Curse, and Shadow Claw finishes the job.

Getting past Morty is nice because it allows me to Surf and get around the world.

Halloween was alright but it was busy I Liverpool and I can't handle it when the club has way too many people and going back on the trains was hell due to delays and having to get on a replacement bus being driven by someone incompetent who kept driving off route in the countryside.

Might continue with the nuzlocke later. All I've got to do is take on Opelucid City gym leader Drayden. I was gonna do it in the morning but I knew I was gonna take forever getting ready and dressed and I didn't want to miss my train and then there was the fact is afterwards is the Victory Road. Hard part of the game. So I just said fuck it.

Fourth badge get
Sandworm died to some bullshit, and his replacement died shortly after, but the replacement's replacement is doing quite well.
Erica turned out to be Dragon type which had me worried until her fusions all turned out to be puny.
Next up is doing some errands for team rocket before going to KOGA instead of SABRINA next.

All 8 gyms cleared. Really constrained team building because you’re forced to bring a Pokemon with fly to even reach the gym. Also interesting tech in the first fight. Lead Gyarados and Lightning Rod Marowak. Putting a Lagging Tail on Jolteon while Meganium OHKOd the Marowak with Leaf Storm allowed it to bypass it and one shot the Gyarados with Thunderbolt.

I'm back everyone.

So today I managed to beat the final gym leader Drayden using my newly evolved Vanilluxe and I did Victory Road.

Any advice for the Elite Four and Champion?

Also irrelevant but I'm getting bored of this nuzlocke.
