Assuming she gets a Mix Scout in a few months like Lance, we'd probably get a Poison Roserade since Poison hasn't been done yet as a type and we already have two Grass ones for Roserade already.And for Red, we're still waiting on Blastoise, Lapras, and Espeon (they could give Espeon to Red (1996) to be honest). Maybe Machamp and Arcanine since he has them in LGPE, but then he's going to have too much overlap with Blue (inevitable Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Arcanine, inevitable Machamp).But give your Mix Scout ideas for Electric, Poison, Psychic, Ice, Dragon, Bug, Flying, and Normal. I felt like it was a missed opportunity to not make Venusaur Poison and Charizard Flying back then, and they probably could have done Chase & Eevee through that and Elaine & Pikachu and maybe someone with Delphox for Psychic. Then we'd be down to Ice, Dragon, and Bug.
