For a better HGSS playthrough go right after beating Morty rather than left. Pryce is a better fight at that level. The experience from the Team Rocket section is better put to use there and makes your team better for Jasmine. This is also better for pacing as Jasmine breaks up the Team Rocket HQ and Radio Tower sections.
