There are three trampoline types, each one is more expensive than the last but launches you higher. The spots for trampolines are color coded but if you don't know that beforehand then you can place the wrong trampoline, and that's it, you can't remove or change it. At best you just wasted a better trampoline where a worse one would suffice, but at worst you put a weak trampoline where a strong one was needed and voila, you can no longer get to those collectiblesAnother semi-missable type are those clockwork robot minigames, you use up a robot for every attempt and you have to buy new ones, so theoretically if you're bad at this, you can very well run out of both clockwork robots AND money to buy themtldr use savestates before using an item
